What determines pricing?

• Every client is assigned a project manager or a team depending on the size of the project.
• BES believes in taking a partnership approach and communication is critical to success.
• BES top leadership constantly monitors every project and client we serve.
• We have weekly meetings with all team members to go over all projects, to review the status of each project and discuss all successes, and work through any discovered challenges to determine solutions.

How flexible is BES? Can my program be modified and forms as needed?

If I am interested in a proposal, what is the process?

• Every client is unique regardless of industry similarities. Therefore, the first place to start is to schedule an initial discovery call to review objectives so an accurate SOW and proposal can be developed based on each client’s specific goals, service culture, and budgets.
• Once a proposal has been developed, if it is determined that a mutual partnership is a good fit between both companies, BES would then send over an agreement to outline the SOW and agreed expectations.
• Once the agreement is in place, the form development and dashboard setup begins. Once the forms and dashboard has been coded and approved, BES posts the assignments, and the recruitment process begins.
• Typically, it takes 2 to 4 weeks to set up a new project and begin the field work. The actual timing is dependent on how quickly the needed information can be turned around and the size and scope of the project.
