Managing Issues

We recognize there may be times where there are questions or concerns, therefore BES takes a collaborative approach to issue resolution, where the project team works to identify potential issues, collaborates with clients on a resolution, and maintains thorough records to prevent recurrence.

• REGULAR MEETINGS
  We use regular internal and client meetings to communicate planning issues and identify potential issues and/or investigations. Between meetings, e-mail and telephone calls are used as appropriate.
• INVESTIGATION AND ESCALATION
  If an issue is identified, it is escalated to the broader team (including Senior strategists) while simultaneously investigating cause, impact/reach, and solutions. The project lead then notifies the client as soon as possible, with a summary of impacts and potential resolutions.

  BES collaborates with the client to discuss and agree on a solution. The goal is for all parties to align on the resolution approach and any potential downstream implications.
